Why is my order still processing / not ship?
Paid orders under Homerda:
1. If it is spot:
It will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days.
2. If it is a product that needs to be customized on demand:
We will produce and deliver the products according to the agreed-upon timeframe between both parties, and we will inform you of the expected delivery date.
3. If the product page shows inventory, but the order status is “processing” for more than 5 days:
And you want to confirm the status of your package, we will guide you on how to check the possible situation of your order.
4. Order status under vacation:
(1) Spot products: All paid orders will be shipped within 1~3 working days after the completion of the order.
(2) If we are off the office or on vacation, the delivery process may be delayed.
(3) We will display banners on the website page about abnormal shipments.
