Why does it take so long for customs clearance?

Usually, the customs clearance time only takes 3~5 working days.

However, the following reasons may cause a delay in the delivery of goods to customs.

• No “VAT” or “EORI” number.

• Lack of transport information or incorrect information.

• The shipping address is not in English.
