Kindly Reminder
Please be aware that different shipping channels may present various issues. Here’s what you should know to better understand your package’s status:
1. General Shipping Instability and Tracking
The shipping methods we use can sometimes experience instability. In some cases, tracking information may become unavailable or difficult to access. There is also a small risk of package loss. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates regularly. If you notice any unusual delays or lack of tracking information for an extended period, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
2. Customs Clearance Delays
When your package reaches the local customs, the customs clearance process can take anywhere from 10 to 15 working days. During this time, the tracking information may not show any updates. This is a normal part of international shipping, and we assure you that we are working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth clearance process.
3. Long-term “Traceable” Status without Delivery
If your order has been marked as “Traceable” for 30 working days, yet you haven’t received it, please first contact your local post office. After that, notify us as well. We will closely follow up to track the parcel. In the unlikely event that the package cannot be located, we will either issue a refund or reship the item, depending on your preference.
We understand that these situations can be frustrating, and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure your package reaches you as smoothly and quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns at any stage, our customer service team is here to assist you.
Kindly Reminder: if the shipping information stop updating for a long time, please visit nearby Post Office to check and find your parcel.

Q: Why are packages containing batteries rejected by Express Delivery?
UPS, DHL, and FEDEX, the three major international express delivery providers, have strict packaging and certification regulations for batteries or products with batteries. These regulations are in place to ensure safety during transit. If the items you intend to ship do not meet their specific requirements, the express delivery service will reject the package. To avoid such rejections, it’s advisable to check and ensure that your items comply with the relevant packaging and certification guidelines before shipping.
Q: Why do I receive several packages when I buy multiple products in one order with a single waybill?
During the package sorting process, the delivery company may divide your order into different batches. This is often due to various logistical factors, such as optimizing transportation routes or handling different types of items separately. As a result, the packages may be delivered to you at different times. Please rest assured that you will receive all the items you ordered. If you find that any package is missing, please contact our customer service team immediately. You can also reach out to the delivery company directly using the tracking information provided to inquire about the status of your packages.
Here are examples of items that are often not allowed to be shipped with batteries by international express carriers (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx) due to safety regulations, hazardous materials restrictions, or compliance issues:
1. High-Capacity or Unregulated Batteries
- Lithium metal batteries with a lithium content of>1g per cell or >2g per battery.
- Lithium-ion batteries with a watt-hour (Wh) rating >100Wh (common in large electronics like some laptops or power tools).
- Unpackaged or loose batteries (not installed in devices).
- Batteries classified as “dangerous goods” (e.g., damaged, defective, or recalled batteries).
2. Prohibited Electronic Devices
- Explosive or incendiary devices (e.g., items with hidden batteries designed for illegal purposes).
- ** Unapproved or modified electronics** (e.g., homemade devices with non-compliant battery setups).
- Devices with non-removable batteries that fail to meet safety certifications (e.g., no UN38.3 testing for lithium batteries).
3. Hazardous or Restricted Items
- Flammable or corrosive products paired with batteries (e.g., certain medical devices, beauty products with lithium batteries).
- Items violating local import laws (e.g., countries that ban specific battery types for environmental reasons).
- Military or aerospace-related equipment with specialized batteries (often requiring additional permits).
4. Consumer Products with Non-Compliant Batteries
- Toys or gadgets with uncertified batteries (e.g., cheap knockoff products without proper safety labels).
- Wearable devices (e.g., smartwatches, fitness trackers) if the battery is damaged or the device lacks manufacturer certification.
- Electronic cigarettes or vaping devices with non-removable batteries (restricted in many regions due to safety risks).
5. Bulk or Commercial Battery Shipments
- Wholesale quantities of batteries without proper documentation (e.g., MSDS sheets, hazardous material declarations).
- Batteries are intended for resale without compliance with the carrier’s dangerous goods protocols.
Key Notes for Shipping Compliance
- Check carrier guidelines: Always review UPS, DHL, or FedEx’s official hazardous materials lists for updated restrictions.
- Certification requirements: Most lithium batteries require UN38.3 testing and proper packaging (e.g., in original retail packaging or approved containers).
- Local regulations: Some countries (e.g., Australia, Brazil, the EU) have stricter rules for battery imports, including taxes or disposal fees.
